NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
The log Room 12 Bridge Street Helmsley YO62 5HW. Notice is given that Salvatore Pili has applied to Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: The sale and consume of alcohol with a meal in the premises only, between the hours of 12:00 till 23:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG. Representations must be received by the date below 18/10/2021. (Not to be less than 28 days, starting on the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority). The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
