(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LOUDWATER LANE, LOUDWATER) ORDER NO.2 2021
NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from Its junction with A404 Chorleywood Road north eastwards, south eastwards and north westwards to Its junction with Sarratt Lane, a distance of approximately 457m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A404 Chorleywood Road, A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green and Loudwater Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HEMPSTEAD ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hempstead Road, Watford from its junction with CourtJands Drive north westwards for a distance of approximately 61 m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Courtlands Drive, The Ridgeway, The Drive and Hempstead Road.
The Order is needed because electrical works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MILDRED AVENUE, WATFORD) ORDER 
NO.2 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Mildred Avenue, Watford from its junction with Harwoods Road south westwards to its junction with Queens Avenue, a distance of approximately 335m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Harwoods Road, A412 Rickmansworth Road, Hagden Lane and Queens Avenue. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing gas main is proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS IN BUSHEY, WATFORD AND WOODSIDE) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. the northbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue, Bushey/A41 (Otterspool Way/North Western Avenue Colne Way), Watford and A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside from a point 415m north west of its junction with the B462 Hartspring Lane roundabout north westwards to its junction with the A412 St Albans Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 2313m.
An alternative route will be via A4008 Stephenson Way, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove) and A412 St Albans Road.
2. the southbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside and A41 (North Western Avenue/Otterspool Way), Watford from its junction with the A412 St Albans Road roundabout south eastwards for a distance of approximately 2233m.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A411 Beechen Grove and A4008 Stephenson Way.
3. that length of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with A405 North Orbital Road south westwards to its junction with the A41 The Dome roundabout, a distance of approximately 1493m.
An alternative route will be via A405 North Orbital Road and A41 North Western Avenue.
4. that length of A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside from its junction with the A41 The Dome roundabout north westwards to its junction with the A405 North Orbital Road/ High Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 1398m. An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road and A405 North Orbital Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicular traffic is prohibited from being driven at a speed exceeding 30mph on the northbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue, Bushey/A41 (Otterspool Way/North Western Avenue Colne Way), Watford and A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside from a point 415m north west of its junction with the B462 Hartspring Lane roundabout north westwards to its junction with the A412 St Albans Road roundabout, a distance of approximately 2313m, when signs are in place.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicular traffic is prohibited from being driven at a speed exceeding 30mph on the southbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside and A41 (Northwestern Avenue/Otterspool Way), Watford from its junction with the A412 St Albans Road roundabout south eastwards for a distance of approximately 2233m, when signs are in place. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS ON CECIL STREET, WATFORD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading at any time on the north side of Cecil Street, Watford from a point in line with the western boundary of No.94 Cecil Street south eastwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Road").
The Order is needed because gas service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bridlington Road, South Oxhey from a point 67m south east of its junction with Fairfield Avenue south eastwards for a distance of approximately 18m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bridlington Road, Fairfield Avenue, Henbury Way, Oxhey Drive and Bridlington Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from being driven at a speed exceeding 30mph on the northbound carriageway of A412 Rectory Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with the A404 Riverside Drive/Wensum Way roundabout north eastwards to Its junction with the A404 Chorleywood Road/A412 Park Road roundabout ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 455m. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF B4542 PRESTWICK ROAD, SOUTH OXHEY) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedal cycles from using the cycleway situated on the east side of B4542 Prestwick Road, South Oxhey from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.83 Prestwick Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 10m ("the Cycleway").
Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway.
If the Order is made, It shall come into force on 11 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Cycleway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WATFORD RURAL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.019) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Watford Rural Public Footpath No.019 from its junction with Compton Place north eastwards to its junction with Harrow Way, a distance of approximately 85m ("the Public Footpath"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east and north sides of Compton Place and the footway situated on the west side of Harrow Way.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 27 September 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Public Footpath. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Nascot Street, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.12 Nascot Street south westwards for a distance of approximately 18m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Nascot Street, Langley Road, Alexandra Road, Maiden Road and Nascot Street.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 26 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT) ORDER NO.4 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with the access road leading to 'Micklefield Green House' north westwards for a distance of approximately 69m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill, Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmccks Lane and Sarratt Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, It shall come into force on 15 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
