(A701 Glenbreck Bridge) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (A701 Glenbreck Bridge) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:30 on 27 September 2021 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of three weeks - 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to ensure a safe working environment while bridge repair works are being carried out.
When the Order comes into effect a 30mph speed restriction will be in force on the A701 at Glenbreck Bridge south of Broughton from a point 50 metres south of the bridge northwards for 100 metres.

(B7062-White Cottage/Old Howford, Innerleithen) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (B7062-White Cottage/Old Howford, Innerleithen) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 29 September 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 19:00 on 6 October 2021 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for ducting works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be
driven any vehicle along the B70B2 at White Cottage/Old Howford, Innerleithen.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the B7062, B7088, A72, Peebles
Road and Traquair Road, Innerleithen, the B709 and B7062 to the point of closure,
for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(C4 Bogsbank Road, West Linton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021
The Scottish Borders Council (C4 Bogsbank Road, West Linton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2021 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 27 September 2021 and is expected to remain in effect until 1 October 2021 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 each day. The Order is required for carriageway works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C4 Bogsbank Road, West Linton. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Bogsbank Road and Station Road, West Linton, the B7059 and A701 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
