(Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.8) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To remove and relocate the existing 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the lengths of following road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford:
Road
Description
Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh
BOTH SIDES:
 i. From a point in line with property boundaries 36/34 Hullbridge Road, in a north westerly direction up to its south-western junction with the Rawreth Lane/Hullbridge Road Roundabout.
ii. From the north-eastern junction with the Rawreth Lane/Hullbridge Road Roundabout, north east for approximately 30 metres.
iii. For the entire length of the Hullbridge Road/Rawreth Lane Roundabout.
Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh
BOTH SIDES:
iv. From its junction with the Rawreth Lane/Hullbridge Road Roundabout, in a south westerly direction for approximately 88 metres.
Hambro Parade, Rayleigh
WEST SIDE:
v. From its junction with Rawreth Lane, south for approximately 27 metres.
EAST SIDE:
vi. From its junction with Rawreth Lane, in a southerly direction for approximately 19 metres.
vii. From its western junction with the Hambro Parade overflow car park, south east then north east for approximately 37 metres.
Hambro Parade Overflow Car Park
WEST SIDE:
viii. From its western junction with Hambro Parade, south east then north east for approximately 14 metres,
SOUTH EAST SIDE:
ix. From its western junction with Hambro Parade, south east for approximately 29 metres.
EAST SIDE:
x. From its eastern junction with Hambro Parade, north for approximately 9 metres.

2. To implement 'Limited waiting Monday - Saturday 8am-6pm 3 Hours No Return within 2 Hours':

Description
Hambro Parade Overflow Car Park
BOTH SIDES:
 i. From a point in line with property boundaries 36/34 Hullbridge Road, in a north westerly direction up to its south-western junction with the Rawreth Lane/Hullbridge Road Roundabout.
ii. From the north-eastern junction with the Rawreth Lane/Hullbridge Road Roundabout, north east for approximately 30 metres.
iii. For the entire length of the Hullbridge Road/Rawreth Lane Roundabout.

Subject to the proposed changes in road layout, The Essex County Council (Various Streets, Rayleigh) (One Way Traffic) (Variation) Order 1998 will continue to remain in force with vehicles only being permitted to travel one way along Hambro Parade from its junction with Hullbridge Road to its junction with Rawreth Lane, in a generally north westerly direction. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile number TQ805 Revision 0 and substituting TQ805 922 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Apton Hall Road & Brays Lane, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Apton Hall Road & Brays Lane, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from the junction with Ashingdon Road to the junction with Scotts Hall Road a distance of approximately 2825m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317380 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Scotts Hall Road, Lark Hill Road, Canewdon Road, Ashingdon Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 205m northwest of its junction with Homestead Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th September 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008SEP25EADHC287 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground network works are undertaken by Openreach..
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Downham Road, School Road, CastJedon Road, Grange Lane, London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dry Street, Langdon Hills) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 45m southwest of its junction with Dixon Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30050886062 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Dry Street, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Nether Mayne, Roundacre New Roundabout, Laindon Link, Laindon Link Roundabout, Staneway, High Road, Dry Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 16th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Eastview Drive, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eastview Drive, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Mortimer Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317975 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while kerb repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Mortimer Road, Hullbridge Road, Hambro Hill, Fairiand Close, Eastview Drive and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
 
(Southend Arterial Road, Thundersley, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road, Thundersley, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from the junction of the offslip for Rayleigh Weir to the junction with the onslip Eastbound (both directions) a distance of approximately 625m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2021 for 5 nights (21:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003247 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pump maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Southend Arterial Road, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road from A127 To A129 Eastbound, High Road, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road from A129 To A127 Eastbound, Arterial Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 16th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
