NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT/ VARIATION* OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Portsmouth City Council for the grant/variation* of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Any relevant representations should include a name and address and will be deemed public documents, will be forwarded to the licence holder and will be considered by the licensing authority. All relevant representations will be available for public inspection and also published on the council’s website. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine of any amount.
