NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT 2012 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 NORTH YORK MOORS NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY BRIDLEWAY 230 STAPE (RAWCLIFF BANKS)

Take notice that under an agreement made on the 27 January 2014, with the North York Moors National Park Authority, a bridleway has been dedicated for use by the public from the junction of Rawcliffe Road and Low Moor Road north to the Stape Road at the bottom of Rawcliffe Bank as shown on the Agreement Plan.
