Notice Is hereby given this 21 September 2021 that 117 TRADING LIMITED have applied to the Licensing Office for the Epping Forest District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 117 High Road, Chigwell, Essex IG7 6QQ:
1. To permit the Sale by Retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12.00 - 00.00
2. The Provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00 - 00.00
3. The Provision of Recorded Music indoors Monday to Sunday 12.00 - 00.00
4. The Opening times of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 12.00 - 00.00.
The register of licensed premises is maintained at the Licence Office, Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex CM 16 4BZ. Applications for Premises Licence may be inspected at these Council Offices during office hours giving 24 hours notice.
Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Office at the address above within 28 days of the date of this notice.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
