The Redbridge (Parking) (Amendment No. 8) Order 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 22 September 2021 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6,45,46,49,124 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to introduce SWB Permit Holders Only parking along the full length of The Roses (except where waiting restrictions already apply), operational from 8am to 10am and 3pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Permits and vouchers are available to residents and businesses whose property is within the designated controlled area. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 27 September 2021, a plan of the road and the Council's statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 10am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday (except on Bank Holidays) at the Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
