APPLICATION FOR A NEW LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that we, Tatton Perk Ltd have applied on 14th September 2021 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Lily Lodge, Malt Street, Knutsford, WA16 6ES for a premises licence to provide the following licensable activity: Supply of alcohol - Monday - Sunday 09.00 - 21.00. Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 12th October 2021. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
