NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) SCOTLAND REGULATIONS 2017
The proposed development at Rigghill Wind Farm, Site To East Of Fardens, Skelmorlie PA17 5AQ is subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) under the above regulations.
Notice is hereby given that additional information in relation to an EIA report has been submitted to Scottish Ministers by Rigghill Wind Farm Ltd relating to the application for planning permission in respect of the erection of 10 wind turbines with a maximum blade tip height of 149.9M and associated access and infrastructure at Rigghill Wind Farm, Site To East Of Fardens, Skelmorlie PA17 5AQ as notified under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 on 08 July 2021. The application is the subject of an appeal to Scottish Ministers, case reference PPA-310-2034. A Reporter, Mr David Liddell BA(Hons) MRTPI, has been appointed to determine the appeal. Possible decisions relating to the proposed development are:-
? approval of the application without conditions;
? approval of the application with conditions;
? refusal of the application
