LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENSE.
We, Sirajul Islam & Sayful Islam Hereby give notice that it have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Buddha Lounge Tiger Lilly & Funky Flamingo, 3 Winchester St, Southampton, SO15 2EL The application is for variation of the premises licence as follows: Details of proposed variation (1)Update to the plan on first floor and to the roof terrace. (2) Removal of condition relating to Polycarbonates in Annex 2. (3) Addition of wording in Annex 2 under the section Additionally, the permitted licensable activities may continue on: "All licensable activities are extended for an additional hour on the morning of the day that the clocks go forward (in order to negate the effect of the change to British Summer Time from Greenwich Mean Time)" The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 10/09/2021 and 07/10/2021. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
