Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5) Notice is hereby given that Northern Gateway Sports Park has applied in respect of Colchester Borough Council, Northern Gateway Sports Park, Cuckoo Farm Way, Colchester, Essex, CO4 5YX for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: sale of alcohol, late night refreshments, recorded or live music. Opening hours 8am-10pm. Alcohol to be served and consumed between the hours of 11am and 12pm Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 11/10/2021, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
