NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT NEXT Retail Limited has applied to City of York Council on 9th September 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at NEXT Retail Limited, Unit B Vangarde Way,York,YO32 9AE for the sale of alcohol (by way of alcoholic gifts) for consumption off the premises from 09:00-20:30 Mondays to Fridays, 09:00-19:30 Saturdays and 10:30-17:00 on Sundays. . Representations must be received by no later than 7th October 2021 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
