SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) Coppershell (Part), Corsham; from its junction with the B3353 for approximately 450m in a northerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out a safe working area for excavation for a new fibre cable. Alternative route via C163, C150, B3353, C163 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. B) C224 (Part), Holt; from its junction with Leigh Road to its junction with Little Chalfleld Road;
C) Summer Lane, Holt; from its junction with Chalfield Road to its junction with the C224 to enable Wiltshire Council to cany out verge overruns to stabilise edge of carriageway and associated works. Alternative route via C231 - C169 - C212 - Great Chalfield Road - Chalfield Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00 for 5 days. D) B3098 (Part), Cheverell Parva and West Lavington; from its junction with Low Road for approximately 695m in an easterly direction to enable Chevron TM to carry out Tree and associated works. Alternative route for all vehicles (except vehicles over 4.1m): via B3098 (unaffected length), A360, A361, A350, Bitham Park, B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative diversion route for high sided vehicles over 4.1m (Southbound): via B3098 (unaffected length), C40, A360, A361, A350, Bitham Park, B3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative diversion route for high sided vehicles over 4.1m (Northbound): via A360 - A303 -A36 - A350 and vice versa. E) Potley Lane, Corsham; from its junction with Leafield Way to its junction with Pockeredge Drive to enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out excavation work to lay cables, build chambers and cabinets. Alternative route via Upper Potley, Westwells, Westwells Road, B3109, A4, B3353, Valley Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 October 2021 and the closure will be required until 15 October 2021. F) Sheppards, Corsham; from its junction with Greenhill for its entire length to enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out excavation works to lay cables, build chambers and cabinets. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 20 September 2021 and the closure will be required for 3 days. G) Whitecroft (part), Dilton Marsh; from outside property No. 14 Whitecroft to outside property No. 12 Whitecroft to enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection and associated works. Alternative route via Whitecroft (unaffected length) - Petticoat Lane - High Street - Whitecroft (unaffected length) and vice versa. H) Yard Lane (Part), Bromham; from outside property No. 9 Yard Lane in a westerly direction for approximately 80m to enable Wessex Water to carry out installing bypass, PRV, hydrants and valves onto water main. Alternative route via A342, Netherstreet, Yard Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 September 2021 and the closure will be required until 1 October 2021. I) A350 (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Corsham Road, Lacock to its roundabout junction with 84528 Showell to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, ironwork adjustment, road markings and associated maintenance. Alternative route via A350 (unaffected length), A365, Spa Road, Snowbeny Lane, Eastern Way, A3102, A342, A4, A350 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 September 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 25 September 2021. Orders A) to I) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly Indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily, to all vehicles, the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The Order is required to enable carriageway surface dressing and associated maintenance works and will be operative from 26 September 2021 for a maximum period of 18 months. The closures however will not be implemented for the whole of the period but only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated by the works. It is anticipated that advance signs will be deployed 2 weeks prior to the closure dates. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The closures are anticipated to be required for up to five days between 26 September 2021 and 22 October 2021.

9. Common Hill (Part), Great Hinton; for a distance of approximately 70m either side of its junction with C218 Cold Harbour. Alternative routes (vice versa): 1. Via C113 (unaffected length), C375, B4069, A420, A4, C113 (unaffected length); 2. Via Bulls Lane, A4, Chapel Lane, A356 -One Way Only; 3. Via C150 (unaffected length), B3353, A4, A350; 4.-6. (Previously advertised as 2020) Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 50mph speed limit on B3107 Bradford Road, Challeymead, Broughton Gifford, Melksham and Melksham Without -from a point 40 metres south west of the A350 roundabout to a point 210 metres south west of its junction with C212 Melksham Lane; B3107 Melksham Road, Holt - from a point 23 metres north east of its junction with Great Parks to a point 460 metres east of its junction with C211 East Lane; C211 East Lane, Holt - from its junction with B3107 Melksham Road for a distance of 150 metres in a north easterly direction; C212 Melksham Lane, Broughton Gifford - from its junction with B3107 Bradford Road for a distance of 170 metres in a north westerly direction. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 20 September 2021.

Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and Order 3 also under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be as follows:
- To introduce a 30mph speed limit on
- from a point approximately 133 metres west of its junction with Cemetery Lane for a distance of 64 metres in a westerly direction.
- To revoke The County of Wiltshire (B3105 and B3107, Bradford on Avon, Holt and South Wraxall) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 and to re-enact it in part to take account of the proposed 30mph speed limit as mentioned in Order 1 above.
- To amend the following restrictions in the Bradford on Avon Consolidation Order 2018 by revoking Map Schedule No EJ21 dated 21/05/2018 and replacing it by the insertion of Map Schedule No EJ21 dated 20/09/2021 the effect of which will be to remove the existing No waiting at any time and introduce
