TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
21/1718/OUT/GO: The Mecure Hotel, Tylers Way, Watford, WD25 8JH. Demolition and redevelopment to comprise B8 (Storage and Distribution) use of up to 14,865 sqm gross external, including ancillary offices. Associated car parking; creation of servicing areas, waste, refuse, cycle storage, lighting and substation; and for the laying out of the buildings; routes and open spaces within the development; and all associated works and operations including but not limited to: demolition; earthworks; provision of attenuation infrastructure, engineering operations. (Outline Application with Access, Appearance, Landscape, Layout & Scale Reserved). Reason: Major Development and Green Belt.
21/1750/HSE/AWI: 7 Falconer Road, Bushey, WD23 3AQ. Installation of hard landscaping to front of property to include new crossover and dropped kerb. Reason: Green Belt.
21/1766/CLE/AWI: 1 Geddes Road, Bushey, WD23 3FL. Insertion of roof light to existing single storey rear extension and additional habitable room in existing roof space. Certificate of lawfulness (Existing). Reason: Green Belt.
21/1776/FUL/AWI: Land Rear Of 12-14 High Road, Bushey Heath. Demolition of existing single storey outbuilding, removal of hard standing and erection of a pair of 2 storey, 2 bed, semi-detached dwellings to include associated landscaping, amenity space, access, parking and bin store (revised application to 19/2004/FUL & 20/0047/APP). Reason: Conservation Area.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
