BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 45, Great and Little Hampden) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 45, Great and Little Hampden, from Rignall Road for a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is required whilst Thames Water improvement works take place commencing on 13 September 2021 for 3 months. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be as signed on site. The Order came into operation on 13 September 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No. 11, Marlow Bottom) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person proceeding on foot or on horseback or lead a horse or cycle, except for access, along the entire length of Public Bridleway No. 11, Marlow Bottom, from Marlow Bottom to Gypsy Lane. The closure is required whilst tree felling works take place commencing on 15 September 2021 for 2 months. The alternative route for users affected by the closure will be via the existing highway network. The Order came into operation on 15 September 2021, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles in the Parish of Chalfont St. Giles CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Nightingales Lane for approximately 133m. Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Vache Lane, Amersham Road, London Road East, Amersham Bypass, London Road West, Stanley Hill, White Lion Road, Chalfont Station Road, Cokes Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Gas connection too new housing development works take place commencing on 27 September 2021. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Church Lane, Great Kimble in the Parish of Great and Little Kimble cum Marsh CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Lane for approximately 90m. Alternative route: Bridge Street, Grove Lane, Station Road, Risborough Road, Church Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach access to overhead cabling works take place commencing on 25 September 2021 between 09:00 and 15:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Nightingales Lane, Little Chalfont in the Parish of Little Chalfont CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Nightingales Lane for approximately 119m. Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Roughwood Lane, Burtons Lane, Chalfont Station Road, Cokes Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst underground works for Openreach take place commencing on 24 September 2021 between 08:00 and 17:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (High Bois Lane, Chesham Bois in the Parish of Chesham Bois CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High Bois Lane for approximately 28m. The closure is required whilst Openreach new pole installation works take place commencing on 23 September 2021. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Tylers Hill Road, Chesham in the Parish of Chesham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Tylers Hill Road for approximately 74m. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencing on 21 September 2021. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Sedgmoor Road, Flackwell Heath in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Sedgmoor Road for approximately 35m. Alternative route: Sedgmoor Road, Chapel Road, Straight Bit, Chapman Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach frame and cover replacement works take place commencing on 23 September 2021 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Village Road, Chenies in the Parish of Chenies CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Village Road for approximately 175m. Alternative route: Amersham Road, Village Road, Claypits Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach track laying for ducting works take place commencing on 25 September 2021.This will be on 2 weekends only of 25-26 Sept and 2-3 Oct. Road will be open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 September 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Beaumont Rise, Marlow in the Parish of Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Beaumont Rise from Glade Road for approximately 65m. Alternative route: Station Rise, Station Road, Glade Road. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole replacement works take place commencing on 4 October 2021. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 17 September 2021
