Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1206 From B4348 Vowchurch To Slough Breast Wood Track, Vowchurch, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1206 From B4348 Vowchurch To Slough Breast Wood Track, Vowchurch, near Ladywell House heading to the junction of Cothill Farm. Grid Ref: 335681/236447. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1206 onto the B4347, onto the C1209, onto the C1206 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to overhead cabling works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 20th of October 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
