Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U65025, Whitbourne SchoolRoad, Whitbourne, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U65025, Whitbourne School Road, Whitbourne, from the junction with Acreage to the junction with Old Forge. Grid Ref: 371813/256830. The alternat-ive route for those affected by the proposal is via Whitbourne School Road onto the U65030, onto the C1066, onto Whitbourne School Road and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to footway remedial works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 29th of September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the worksare expected to be completed within 2 weeks.
