NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1261 Picts Cross To Moraston Farm, Dadnor And Picts Cross , Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1261 Picts Cross To Moraston Farm, Dadnor And Picts Cross, from the junction for Moraston Lane to Moraston House. Grid Ref: 356535/226124. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1271 onto the A49 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole testing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 29th of September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months(unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
