NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U71610, Castle Nibole Road, Little Birch, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U71610, Castle Nibole Road, Little Birch, at the junction of Parish Lane and Little Birch for approximately 100 metres In each direction. Grid Ref: 350484/232230. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal Is via Little Birch onto Pendant Pitch, onto Newtown Lane, onto New Road, onto Mesne Lane, onto Little Birch Road, onto Barrack Hill and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to cable Installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come Into force on 5th of October 2021 and remain In force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 25 days.
