Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1203 From Monnow Farm To Powys Boundary, Craswall, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1203 From Monnow Farm To Powys Boundary, Craswall, from the junction at Bulls Head Pub. Grid Ref: 327780/236057. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1203 onto the C1206, onto the C1205, onto the B4348, onto Church Street, onto Forest Road onto the C1203 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to tree cutting works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 11th of October 2021and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
