(Article 22, Schedule 5 paras 1 and 2) Notice of Application for the transfer of a licence Petty Sessions District of
Enniskillen County Court Division of Fermanagh and Tyrone TAKE NOTICE that that I Belinda Dickie intend at the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen on Monday 1191 October 2021 at 10.30am to apply for the transfer to me of a licence at present held by Michael and John Kane of 15 Chanterhill Road, Enniskillen BT74 4BH for the premises at Watergate Bar, 2 Ann Street, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely premises specified in Article 5 (1) (a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retain for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorizing Belinda Dickie of 42 Featherbed Glade, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 7th September 2020 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen for a period of 6 months. A further protection order was granted by the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen on 24th May 2021 for a period of 6 months. I am the owner of the business carried on under the Licence. The owners of the premises named are Michael Kane of 15 Chanterhill Road, Enniskillen BT74 4BH
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of the Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
