NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U70238, The Line, Linton Ross On Wye, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U70238, The Line, Linton Ross On Wye, approx. 41 metres from Tuffets. Grid Ref: 366402/224986. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Quarry Road onto Lane from junction with Sparrows Lane to Quarry Road and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to new service installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 30th of September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
