ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Hanworth Road, Whitton
(Ref: 21/145)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Hanworth Road, Whitton.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the Hanworth Road Slip Road, from a point outside No. 662 Hanworth Road to a point outside No. 664 Hanworth Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 25 September 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress for 3 weekends 25-26 September 2021, 2-3 October 2021, and 9-10 October 2021. The order will remain in Force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

la) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure St John's Road, Richmond
(Ref: 21/146)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleansing they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in St John's Road, Richmond

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in St John's Rad between its junctions with Church Road and Larkfield Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 24 September 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 9.30am and 3.30pm on 24 September 2021 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

3. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Larkfield Road and Church Road.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Palewell Common Drive, East Sheen
(Ref: 21/148)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works be undertaken they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Palewell Common Drive, East Sheen.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Palewell Common Drive, east to west arm, from the eastern extremity of the island site, westwards to its junction with Vicarage Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 29 September 2021. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 29 September 2021 until 20 December 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Palwell Common Drive and Park Drive.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (SPECIAL EVENTS) (HAMPTON WICK FAIR) ORDER 2021 PARK ROAD, HAMPTON WICK (Reference 21/149)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice that on 13 September 2021 they made the above-named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order is to facilitate the holding of a fair in Hampton Wick.

3. From 8am until 8pm on Saturday 18 September 2021, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter Park Road, Hampton Wick at its junction with High Street, Hampton Wick.

4. A signed diversion route for traffic affected by the closure will be available in adjacent streets.

5. Nothing in this Order will apply to:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a Police Constable, Police Community Support Officer or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

(b) any vehicle being used by a statutory undertaker, whereby it is necessary by reason of an emergency, for that vehicle to have access to part of the street under restriction.

6. The prohibitions or restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension Ashleigh Road, Mortlake

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Ashleigh Road, Mortlake.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Ashleigh Road on the first three permit holder bays on the eastern side, south of Mortlake High Street.

3. The order will come into effect on 20 September 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 September 2021 until 19 November 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works
they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Fielding Avenue, Fortescue Avenue and Turner Avenue, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in :-

(a) Fielding Avenue;

(b) Fortescue Avenue; and

(c) Turner Avenue.

NB, the restrictions will operate on a rolling basis, and will apply at such times as indicated by signs.
3. The order will come into effect on 20 September 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 September 2021 until 21 January 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The restrictions will operate on a rolling basis.

3. The order will come into effect on 20 September 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 September 2021 until 17 January 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
