Licensing Act 2003:Variation for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that CK Enter­tainments Ltd has applied to the Epping Forest District Council on 9 September 2021 for a new time limited premises licence for Play House and Essex Roof Garden, 195-199 Cottis Lane, Epping, CM16 4BL. The proposed application is to permit the provision of live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description and the sale by retail of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 00:00 and Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 02:00 (following day) and late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 02:00 (following day) on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her repres­entation by 06 October 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, 323 High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ.

Applications for premises licences may be inspected at this office during office hours. The register of licensed premises is maintained at the licensing office address above. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited amount
