Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2021
[Prohibition of Waiting on Sherwood Lane,
Worcester]
On 2 September 2021 Worcestershire County
Council made an Order the effect of which will be to
prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths
and sides of road in Worcester -
Sherwood Lane (both sides) from its junction with
Malvern Road for a distance of 22m in a south westerly
direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 21 September 2021.

Order made: to close that part of U51208 Cedar Avenue from its junction with U51210Oak Avenue to its junction with U51201 Walnut Avenue. Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51210 Oak Avenue, U51214 Brickfields Road, U51201 Walnut Avenue and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 Days Commencing: 20 September 2021. (Birch Green, Severn Stoke) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of Birch Green from its junction with A38 Sandford to its junction with C2056 Kerswell Green. Reason: Carriageway Patching by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2056 Kerswell Green, C2056 The Nash, A38 Main Road, A38 Clifton, A38 Sandford and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 11 October 2021. (U50332 Constance Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of U50332 Constance Road from its junction with U50332 Lugano Road to its junction with U50330 Old Northwick Lane. Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50332 Lugano Road, U50330 Old Northwick Lane, and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 17 days Commencing: 12 October 2021. (C2104 Bourne Road, Strensham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of C2104 Bourne Road from its junction with A4104 Woodmancote to its junction with U60406 Baughton Lane. Reason: Bridgeworks - Maintenance by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2104 Bourne Road, C2107 Strensham Road, A38 Tewkesbury Road, A4104 Pershore Road, A4104 Baughton, A4104 Baughton Hill, A4104 Woodmancote and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing: 11 October 2021. (U54152 Blaketield Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of U54152 Blakefield Road from its junction with U54154 Graham Road to its junction with U54156 Blakefield Walk. Reason: New Customer Connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U54154 Graham Road, B4485 Bransford Road, U54152 Blakefield Road and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 20 September 2021. (A44 Bromyard Road, Knightwick) (Temporary 30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2021 Order made: to impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A44 Bromyard Road from its junction with BR2209 Knightwick Flood Viaduct, A44 Bromyard Road (beginning of viaduct) to its junction with BR2209 Knightwick Flood Viaduct, A44 Bromyard Road (end of viaduct).
Reason: carriageway surfacing works by WCC Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 20 September 2021.
