Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
[Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on Clensmore Street, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster -
Clensmore Street (east side) from a point 79m south west of its junction with Georgian Way, for a distance of 54m in a south westerly then southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting and Revocation of Restriction of Waiting on Beauchamp Avenue, Kidderminster] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Kidderminster: -
Beauchamp Avenue (south side) from a point 68m east of its junction with Blount Terrace for a distance of 17m in an easterly direction; (north and west sides) from a point 68m east of its junction with Blount Terrace for distance of 27m in an easterly and northerly direction.
Revoke restrict waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm (south side) from a point 68m east of its junction with Blount Terrace for a distance of 17m in an easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Proposed Order to close that part of A442 Droitwich Road from its junction with C2031 Rylands Lane to its junction with Ul 3613 New Farm Lane. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion - Cars only (low bridge) A450 Worcester Road, A449 Worcester Road, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Main Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Ombersley Road, A38 Roman Way, A442 Kidderminster Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green and vice versa; Diversion - All other vehicles A442 Droitwich Road, A449 Worcester Road, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Main Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Ombersley Road, A38 Roman Way, A442 Kidderminster Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 nights (20*0-05:00) Commencing: 11 October 2021.
(A456 Tenbury Road, A456 Tenbury Road Rock and A456 Mamble Road, Bayton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of Closure 1: A456 Tenbury Road from its junction with C2132 Rectory Lane to its junction with B4202 Worcester Road. Closure 2: A456 Tenbury Road Rock from its junction with A4117 Cleobury Road to its junction with C2132 Rectory Lane. Closure J: A456 Mamble Road from its junction with B4202 Worcester Road to its junction with C2089 Mamble. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1 :A456 Mamble, A456 Newham Bridge, A443 Newham Bridge, A443 Eardiston, A443 Stockton, A451 Yarhampton, A451 Dunley, A451 Bridge Street, A451 Minster Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A456 Kidderminster Road, A456 Bewdley Bypass, A456 Callow Hill and vice versa. Diversion 2: B4202 Clows Top, A4117 Cleobury Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 20 September 2021.
(C2126 Waggon Lane, Churchill and Blakedown)(Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2126 Waggon Lane from its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road to its junction with C2126 Churchill Lane. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2126 Churchill Lane, C2061 Rocky Lane, A451 Stourbridge Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 11 October 2021.
