Percy Terrace, Annfield Plain (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2021

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 35 metres of Percy Terrace from the rear of 3-10 Prospect Terrace to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Alternative routes will be signposted on site. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 4/10/21 from 8.30am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
