(Cooperative Terrace and Morton Crescent, Fencehouses)
(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2021
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 15 metres of side number. 12 Cooperative Terrace and 15 metres of side number 11 Morton Crescent, Fencehouses to enable sewer cleansing works to be undertaken. Alternative route via South Crescent and other accesses to Morton Crescent. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence from 9.30am on 4/10/21 and are anticipated to be completed in 1 to 3 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
