Mollington, Backford and District Village Hall (CH16NT) is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Village Hall. Licence is granted to permit the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises, provision of regulated entertainment and provision of facilities for regulated entertainment.
The variations sought are
1) to permit the sale of alcohol on the premises Mon-Sat to 12am Sunday to 9pm New Years Eve to 1am.
2) To allow live and recorded music, performance of plays, showing of films, dancing and indoor sports.
Any persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by contacting The Licensing team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, HQ Building, 58 Nicholas Street Chester CH1 2DP. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, HQ Building, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester.CH1 2DP. The application can be viewed Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm, except Bank Holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. 10th September 2021
