ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
OPEN SPACE AT SHERDLEY PARK, SHERDLEY ROAD, ST HELENS, TO THE NORTH-WEST OF SUTTON LEISURE CENTRE
I, MR M JONES, SOLICITOR and HEAD OF LEGAL & DEMOCRATIC SERVICES for St. Helens Borough Council of Town Hall, St. Helens, Merseyside, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that the St. Helens Borough Council intends to grant a leasehold interest of the land described in the Schedule hereto, amounting to a disposal of said land under the above Act.
A copy of the plan of the land concerned may be inspected at the Town Hall, Victoria Square, St. Helens, during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to object to the disposal via lease should make the objection in writing and send it to the address shown below by the 16th of October with reference EST/ SAL/15661. Enquiries to Nathalie McCann, Estates Section, 01744 676124.
