Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Barsbank Ln. Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Barsbank Ln from its jet. with Barsbank CI to its jet. with Lymmington Ave. The Order will be effective from 4th October 2021 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Warrington Rd, Camsley Ln, Booths Hill Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out gas main replacement works. Ref: High/2258

Mag Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Mag Ln from its jet. with Crouchley Ln to its jet. with the Borough Boundary with Cheshire East. The Order will be effective from 4th October 2021 for 5 days, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Crouchley Ln, Beechfree Ln, West Ln, Cliff Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to work on their underground apparatus. Ref: High/2261

Radley Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Radley Ln from its jet. with Mill Ln for a distance of approx. 200m in a southerly direction. The Order will be effective from 4th October 2021 for 4 weeks, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to remove their overhead cable & renew with a new underground supply. Ref: High/2260

Various Rd's in Poulton North & South (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Entire lengths of road: Barnes Ave; Station Rd North; Bromley CI; Mere Rd; Fallowfield Gr cul-de-sac from No. 17 to No. 33; Blackbume CI cul-de-sac from No. 68 to gable of No. 69; Bickley CI cul-de-sac from No. 6 to Parkfields Ln; Lambs Ln from Southdale Rd to Green Ln & from Royston Ave/Parkdale Rd to Manchester Rd; Southdale Rd from Lambs Ln to Parkdale Rd; Royston Ave from Beech Gr to Parkdale Rd; Parkdale Rd from Royston Ave to approx. 50m east of Southdale Rd. The Order will be effective from 20th September 2021 for 8 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative routes are Lambs Ln via Green Ln, Padgate Ln, BrucheAve, Manchester Rd, Lambs Ln, Parkdale Rd, Southdale Rd & vice versa or via Southdale Rd, Birohdale Rd, Seymour Dr, Green Ln & vice versa; Lambs Ln via Royston Ave, Greenway, Manchester Rd & vice versa or via Parkdale Rd, Southdale Rd, Birchdale Rd, Manchester Rd & vice versa; Southdale Rd via Lambs Ln, Green Ln, Padgate Ln, Bruche Ave, Manchester Rd, Lambs Ln, Parkdale Rd & vice versa or via Parkdale Rd, Birchdale Rd, Seymour Dr, Green Ln & vice versa; Royston Ave/Parkdale Rd via Westdale Rd, Southdale Rd, Lambs Ln, Green Ln, Padgate Ln, Bruche Ave, Manchester Rd, Lambs Ln & vice versa or via Lambs Ln, Manchester Rd, Greenway & vice versa. The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Lvmm) (Speed Limit Review) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 84 & Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 15th September 2021. The effect of the Order is as follows:-1) Revoke the Order detailed in Column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule; 2) To introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the roads specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice to the extent as detailed in the said Schedule; 3) To introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the roads specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice to the extent as detailed in the said Schedule

In so far as it relates to Schedule 1 - 40mph Speed Limits as follows: Higher Ln (A56) - From a point approx. 130m west of its jct. with Burford Ln to the Borough Boundary; Burford Ln (B5159) - From a point 360m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln to its jet. with A56 Higher Ln; High Legh Rd (B5159) - From its jet. with A56 Higher Ln for a distance of approx. 275m in a southerly direction.
In so far as it relates to Article 6 & Schedule 2 - 50mph Speed Limit in their entirety which includes the following: Burford Ln (B5159) -From its jet. with Mill Ln to a point 360m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln; Mill Ln (B5159) - From a point 180m south of Wet Gate Ln to its jet. with B5159 Burford Ln; High Legh Rd (B5159) -From a point approx. 275m south of its jet. with A56 Higher Ln to the Borough Boundary.

Schedule 2-30 MPH Speed Limit
A56 Higher Ln - From a point 130m west of its jet. with Burford Ln to the Borough Boundary; Burford Ln - From a point 360m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln to its jet. with A56 Higher Ln; Burford Ln - From a point 15m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln to its jet. with Mill Ln; Warrington Ln - From Burford Ln to a point 675m east of its jet. with Burford Ln; Warrington Ln - From a point 65m west of Agden Ln to the Borough Boundary; Agden Ln - From its jet. with Warrington Ln to the Borough Boundary; High Legh Rd - From its jet. with Higher Ln for a distance of approx. 275m in a southerly direction.

Schedule 3-40 MPH Speed Limit
Burford Ln - From a point 360m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln to 15m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln; Warrington Ln - From 675m east of Burford Ln to a point 65m west of its jet. with Agden Ln; Mill Ln - From its jet. with Burford Ln to a point 180m south of Wet Gate Ln; High Legh Rd - From a point 275m south of its jet. with A56 Higher Ln to the Borough Boundary.

or Town Hall Reception, Town Hall, Sankey St, Warrington, WA1 1UH between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 15th September 2021, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
