(Bradwell Road, Tillingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bradwell Road, Tlllingham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mark Road for a distance of approximately 715m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th October 2021 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC2GFC1C001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Bradwell Road, North Street, South Street, Southminster Road.Tillingham Road, Southminster Road, Tillingham Road, Cripplegate, North End, Queenborough Road, High Street, Pantile Hill, Queen Street, Scotts Hill, Southminster Road, Main Road, Burnham Road, Steeple Road, Maldon Road, The Street, Bradwell Road, Steeple Road, Bradwell Road, Maldon Road, Bradwell Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Lane, Stow Maries) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Stow Maries in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Woodham Road for a distance of approximately 360m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30031328326 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by JK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Church Lane, Lower Burnham Road, Honeypot Lane, The Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crouchmans Farm Road/The Causeway, Ulting &The Causeway/Hoe Mill Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 2550m in a north westerly then northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2021 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-HTFIDPRL5050-ES2 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 305m south of its junction with Bumham Road for a distance of approximately 320m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS188278 - Openreach). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(London Road, Chelmsford & Herbage Park Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of London Road, Chelmsford & Herbage Park Road, Woodham Walter in the City of Chelmsford and District of Maldon from the junction with Runsell Lane for a distance of approximately 1915m in a north easterly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2021 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS010001 -County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Winstree Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2021 fori night (19:00-23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R058705507/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole frame and cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
