NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Marks and Spencer Plc has given to Bournemouth Borough Council, an application for variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Marks & Spencer, 23-31 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5RH. A brief description of the proposed variation is: To amend the layout plans due to a modernisation scheme. To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to Monday to Saturday 0600 to 2359 and Sunday 0800 to 2300 and during November and December each year the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises will be Mondays to Sundays 0600 to 2359. To add the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises in the cafe Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300. The Licensing Register of Bournemouth Borough Council is kept at Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL and where applicable at www.bournemouth.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Bournemouth Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 11 April 2014. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
