Notice Is hereby given that A & J Exner Ltd applied on 26/08/2021 to Reading Borough Council In respect of the premises known as Rio Grande Meat Market
For the Grant of a Premises Licence for the following:
Licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol - off the premises
Days: MON - SAT SUNDAY
Hours 0900hrs - 2000hrs 0900hrs - 1500hrs
The valid application was received on 26th August 2021 The closing date for representations is 23rd September 2021

Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing to Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU. Or via email to licensing@reading. gov.uk Representations must relate to the four licensing objectives and contain a full name and address. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation.
The Licensing Act requires local authorities to provide to the applicant copies of all representations made in relation to an application. In some exceptional and isolated circumstances interested parties may be reluctant to make representations because of fears of violence or intimidation if their personal details such as name and address are divulged to the applicant. In these cases we would consider withholding people's personal details. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for doing so upon summary conviction is unlimited.
