WEST DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL THE WEST DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC
FOOTPATH NO.24 (PART) PARISH OF CHICKERELL PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2014

The above order was made on 10th March 2014. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from point A, grid reference SY 6517 8042, in a south-westerly direction for 42 metres to point B, grid reference SY 6513 8040, then in a south-easterly direction for 144 metres to point C, grid reference SY 6520 8028, then in an east-north-easterly direction for 45 metres to point D, grid reference SY 6524 8028 to a line running from point A, grid reference SY 6517 8042 in a south-easterly direction for 156 metres to point D, grid reference SY 6524 8028, as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Council's offices at South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1UZ between 9.00 am and 4.30pm on weekdays. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent in writing to: L. Altree Head of Planning and Environmental Law, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1UZ not later than 17th April 2014. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the West Dorset District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
