LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Centurion Restaurant (No6) Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Wigan Council for a Premises Licence for the Papa John's at 103 Bradshawgate, Leigh, WN7 4ND. The application includes the following terms:
1.To enable the provision of late night refreshment between 23:00hrs and 00:00hrs Sunday to Thursday, 23:00hrs and 01:00 hrs Friday and Saturday. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
