Notice is hereby given that on the 8th September 2021, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013 so as to introduce:
(a) No Waiting At Any Time restrictions -:

1. At the junction of Plymouth Street with Kingsway.

2. At the junction of Plymouth Street with Woodland Street.

3. At the junction of Plymouth Street with Queensway.

4. At the junction of Plymouth Street with Taliesin Avenue.

5. At the junction of King George Street with Mostyn Street

6. At the junction of King George Street with Kingsway.

7. At the junction of King George Street with Pippins Close.

8. At the junction of King George Street with Queensway.

9. At the junction of King George Street with Taliesin Avenue.

10. At the junction of King George Street with Griffiths Court.

11. At the junction of Woodland Street with Garden Way.

12. At the junction of Woodland Street with Gladstone Street.

13. At the junction of Queensway with Llewellyn Street.

14. At the junction of Taliesin Avenue with Llewellyn Street.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 ASTON
Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Old Aston Hill between its junctions with A494(T) Eastbound Dual Carriageway for an approximate distance of 100 Metres, Aston in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is to facilitate construction of a shared use path with associated works by Denbighshire County Council. The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
The Order comes into force on the 12 September 2021. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 12 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 040841
