Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Europa Blvd (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to Introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway on Europa Blvd from the roundabout at the main entrance to Ikea to the roundabout at Charon Way. The Order will be effective from 4th October 2021 for 7 weeks between 7:00pm & 5:00am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Europa Blvd, Westbrook Ores, Cromwell Ave, Europa Blvd & vice versa. The closure is required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/2225

Various Rd's in Poulton North & South (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Entire lengths of road: Barnes Ave; Station Rd North; Bromley CI; Mere Rd; Fallowfield Gr cul-de-sac from No. 17 to No. 33; Blackbume CI cul-de-sac from No. 68 to gable of No. 69; Bickley CI cul-de-sac from No. 6 to Parkfields Ln; Lambs Ln from Southdale Rd to Green Ln & from Royston Ave/ Parkdale Rd to Manchester Rd; Southdale Rd from Lambs Ln to Parkdale Rd; Royston Ave from Beech Gr to Parkdale Rd; Parkdale Rd from Royston Ave to approx. 50m east of Southdale Rd. The Order will be effective from 20th September 2021 for 8 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative routes are Lambs Ln via Green Ln, Padgate Ln, Bruche Ave, Manchester Rd, Lambs Ln, Parkdale Rd, Southdale Rd & vice versa or via Southdale Rd, Blrchdale Rd, Seymour Dr, Green Ln & vice versa; Lambs Ln via Royston Ave, Greenway, Manchester Rd & vice versa or via Parkdale Rd, Southdale Rd, Blrchdale Fid, Manchester Rd & vice versa; Southdale Rd via Lambs Ln, Green Ln, Padgate Ln, Bruche Ave, Manchester Rd, Lambs Ln, Parkdale Rd & vice versa or via Parkdale Rd, Birchdale Rd, Seymour Dr, Green Ln & vice versa; Royston Ave/Parkdale Rd via Westdale Rd, Southdale Rd, Lambs Ln, Green Ln, Padgate Ln, Bruche Ave, Manchester Rd, Lambs Ln & vice versa or via Lambs Ln, Manchester Rd, Greenway & vice versa. Temporary Prohibition of Driving (Between the hours of 5:30am & 2:00pm): Entire lengths of road: Ackers Rd; Bridge Foot; Bridge St; Cantilever Bridge; Cantilever North West Approach; Cantilever South East Approach; Cantilever South West Approach; Chester Rd; Church St; Farrell St; Grammar School Rd; Grappenhall Rd; Hallaway; Holmesfield Rd; Howley Ln; Hunts Ln; Mersey St; Palmyra Sguare North; Palmyra Sguare South; Rylands St; Springfield St; Station Rd; Stockton Ln; Suez St; Warrington Old Bridge; Warrington New Bridge; Wash Ln; Wharf St; Winmarieigh St; Part lengths of road: Bold St from Rylands St to Bridge Foot; Church Ln from Chester Rd to Broad Ln; Knutsford Rd (westbound) from Hallaway to Wilderspool Cswy; Knutsford Rd (westbound) from Grammar School Rd to Hallaway; Knutsford Rd (eastbound) from Wilderspool CswytoThelwall Ln; Lumb Brook Rd from Chester Rd to Bridge Ln; Legh St from Sankey St to Regent St; Sankey St from Crosfleld St to Bold St; Wilderspool Cswy from Chester Rd to Knutsford Rd; Wilson Patten St from Slutchers Ln to Bridge Foot. The Order will be effective from Sunday 26th September 2021 as & when the signs are in place on site. Access will be under the control of the event organiser for the duration of the event. The alternative route will be via Walton Rd, Chester Rd, Slutchers Ln, Wilson Patten St, Parker St, Liverpool Rd, Sankey Way, Priestley St, Froghall Ln, Midland Way, Manchester Rd, Kingsway North, Kingsway South, Knutsford Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required to facilitate The Warrington Running Festival. Ref: High/2256

The Borough of Warrington (A49 Tarporley Rd) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on A49 Tarporley Rd from the Borough Boundary with Cheshire West & Chester through to the M56 Interchange.
