I Peter Turnbull, Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at 98 Bondgate, Darlington. DL3 7JY and known as : The Old Yard Tapas Bar. The application is to: Extend the hours that permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises to: 01:00hrs each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 14th April 2014. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
