The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
A/21/92057/RMMAJ Land East Of Leigh Road South/West Of Bee Fold Lane And West Of Millers Lane Atherton Reserved matters application for a residential development comprising 120 dwellings, landscaping, open space, attenuation ponds and associated works pursuant to outline approval A/17/84560/OUT The Council has received the following application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/21/91495/ADV47 - 51 Bradshawgate Leigh WN7 4NB Proposed installation of fascia and projecting signage. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area. The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Astley Village.
A/21/91942/HH 17 Astley Hall Drive Tyldesley M29 7TX To erect a detached summerhouse and decked area, replace external doors and windows from timber to UPVC. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Astley Village Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area.
Conservation Area: Tyldesley Town Centre. A/21/92021/FULL 167 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester M29 8FL Replacement of current modern shopfront and canopy with a proposed traditional shopfront, with retractable canopy and internal lattice shutter.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
