Glenferness Avenue -Highway Improvement Works TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT:
- Road closed to all vehicles and
- No parking - no waiting at any time and
no loading/unloading at any time WHERE Glenferness Avenue from its junction with Elgin Road to Its Junction with East Avenue WHY: Highway Improvement Works -Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council WHEN: 27th September 2021 until 17th October 2021
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety. DIVERSION:
- Northbound via Rothesay Road and East Avenue
- Southbound via East Avenue and Elgin Road VIEW AT:

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be In effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
