Temporary Traffic Management Order, A350 High Street, Spetisbury
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise likelihood of danger to highway users. The Order comes in to operation between 20:00 until 06:00 on 27th September 2021 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 8th October 2021. This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works. The effect of this Order is as follows:
[1] To impose a temporary road closure on A350 Spetisbury from a point 40 metres to the north of West End to a point 130 metres to the south of South Farm Road (in both directions), an overall distance of approximately 1030 metres.
[2] To impose clearway and parking suspension as indicated by signs on site to prevent waiting or parking on A350 Spetisbury from a point 40 metres to the north of West End to a point 130 metres to the south of South Farm Road (in both directions), an overall distance of approximately 1030 metres. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Closure of Part Of The Esplanade, Weymouth For Dorset Seafood Festival 2021
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along The Esplanade from the entrance to the Pavilion Forecourt Car Park (in both directions) a distance of 100 metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on Thursday 9 September and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the closure will be lifted on Tuesday 14 September. This Order is required to facilitate the arrangements in connection with the Dorset Seafood Festival
