(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WATFORD RURAL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.019) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Watford Rural Public Footpath No.019 from its junction with Compton Place north eastwards to its junction with Harrow Way, a distance of approximately 85m ("the Public Footpath").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east and north sides of Compton Place and the footway situated on the west side of Harrow Way. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 September 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Public Footpath. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BRAGMANS LANE SARRATT) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bragmans Lane, Sarratt from a point 500m south west of its junction with Flaunden Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 100m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bragmans Lane, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, Tower Hill, Flaunden Lane, Birch Lane and Bragmans Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF NASCOT STREET WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Nascot Street, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.12 Nascot Street south westwards for a distance of approximately 18m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Nascot Street, Langley Road, Alexandra Road, Maiden Road and Nascot Street.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE BUS LANE STUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) order 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the bus lane situated on the east side of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with Garston Park Parade south westwards to its junction with Garston Lane, a distance of approximately 78m ("the Bus Lane").
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road.
The Order is needed because traffic signal refurbishment works are proposed to be executed near the Bus Lane.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Bus Lane. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Balmoral Drive, Borehamwood from its junction with Newark Green south westwards to Its junction with Kenilworth Drive a distance of approximately 196m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Newark Green, Tempsford Avenue, Howard Drive and Balmoral Drive.
The Order is needed because carriageway surfacing works are proposed to be executed on the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between No.154 Penrose Avenue and No.151 Calenders Avenue, Calenders Park from its junction with Delta Gain north eastwards to its junction with Penrose Avenue, a distance of approximately 30m ("the Footpath").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east and south sides of Delta Gain and the footway situated on the west side of Penrose Avenue. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Vale Road, Bushey from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill north westwards to its junction with B462 Aldenham Road, a distance of approximately 308m.
An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road/ Bushey Arches Roundabout), A411 Chalk Hill and B462 Aldenham Road or via B462 Aldenham Road and A411 Chalk Hill.
2. that length of Herkomer Close, Bushey from its junction with Melbourne Road south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. that length of Shady Bush Close, Bushey from its junction with Richfield Road north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. the road situated on the east side of No.55 Richfield Road, Bushey from its westernmost junction with Richfield Road north westwards, north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 56m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
5. that length of Mckellar Close, Bushey Heath from its junction with Finucane Rise south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
6. that length of Shaw Close, Bushey Heath from its junction with Hartsbourne Road south eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
7. that length of Pasture Close, Bushey from Its junction with Ashfield Avenue north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
8. that length of Palmers Road, Borehamwood from its junction with B5378 Cowley Hill south westwards to its junction with Northtield Road, a distance of approximately 98m.
An alternative route will be via B5378 Cowley Hill, Hartforde Road, Delamere Road and Northfield Road.
9. the service road fronting Nos.17-31 Cowley Hill, Borehamwood from Its junction with Palmers Road north westwards to its junction with Hartforde Road, a distance of approximately 135m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
10. that length of Northfield Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Palmers Road north westwards, south westwards and clockwise for Its entire length.
An alternative route will be via Palmers Road, B5378 Cowley Hill, Hartforde Road and Delamere Road.
11. that length of Lowther Close, Elstree from its junction with Wentworth Avenue south westwards, north westwards, north eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
12. that length of Cromwell Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Rossington Avenue south westwards and north westwards to Its junction with Wetherby Road, a distance of approximately 374m.
An alternative route will be via Rossington Avenue and Wetherby Road.
13. that length of Meryfield Close, Borehamwood from Its junction with Theobald Street north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
14. that length of Clarendon Road/Maiden Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Essex Road north westwards and south westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 September 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
