PUBLIC OPEN SPACES AT NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of freehold transfer the following parts of its land holdings within Laverstock and Ford under the Community Asset Transfer Scheme to Laverstock and Ford Parish Council which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:
Public open space at Hampton Park Recreation Ground
Public open space and Play area at St Thomas Way including St Lukes and St Peters play areas and public open space at Hampton Park Public open space at Pearce Way, Hampton Park
Public open space St Clement's Way
Public open space at Apostle Way and Sycamore Drive
Public open space at Land east of Duck Lane adjacent to Andrews Hall
Public open space at Land adjoining Hampton Park
Plans showing the open spaces being transferred are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council's offices at County Hall Trowbridge. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned (using reference 131565) by 24 September 2021.
