Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: B4347 From B4348 To Morehampton Park Farm, Vowchurch, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4347 From B4348 To Morehampton Park Farm, Vowchurch, from the junction of the B4348 for approximately 1000 metres. Grid Ref: 336660/236213. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4347 onto the A465, onto the B4348 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to overhead cabling works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 4m of October 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
