The supply of alcohol off the premises -Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 23:00

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 01/09/21 and 28/9/21 to Assistant Director, Law & Governance, Licensing Services, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF.

It is and offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
