NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U70017, How Caple Court Road, How Caple, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U70017, How Caple Court Road, How Caple, outside Butlers Cottage to outside the Post Office. Grid Ref: 361210/230612. There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal
The said closure is required due to ducting and tree cutting works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 29th of September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
