Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to temporarily close to all traffic Follyfield, Hankerton; from its junction with C92 for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out application of Micro Asphalt, adjustment of ironwork, reinstatement of road markings and associated maintenance works. No alternative route is available. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 02 October 2021 and the closure will be required for 2 days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Orders to temporarily close to all traffic: A) Hammonds, Cricklade; from its junction with Horse Fair Lane for its entire length; B) Horse Fair Lane (Part), Cricklade; from its junction with B4O40 to its junction with Hammonds; C) Horse Fair Lane (Part), Cricklade; from its junction with Hammonds to its junction with Abingdon Court Lane. And to temporarily suspend the existing one-way Order on Hammonds, Cricklade and to temporarily implement a one-way traffic restriction permitting northbound traffic only on Hammonds, Cricklade. The effect of the Orders will be to invert the one-way traffic restriction on Hammonds to facilitate for diversion for traffic. To enable Gigaclear Limited to carry out excavation works to install Gigaclear infrastructure. Alternative route via Horse Fair Lane (unaffected length), Abingdon Court Lane, Thames Close, Thames Lane, B4040. The closures, one way and diversion route will be clearly Indicated by traffic signs. The Orders will come into operation on as follows: A) 05 October 2021 and the closure will be required until 08 October 2021; B) 09 October 2021 and the closure will be required until 12 October 2021; C) 13 October 2021 and the closure will be required until 25 October 2021. SECTION 16(A) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to (a) introduce a temporary 30mph speed limit on the following lengths of road: A342 Devizes Road, Calne Without - from a point approximately 300 metres south of its junction with Naish Hill to a point approximately 650 metres north of that junction; A4 Bath Road, Fyfield and West Overton- from a point 150 metres west of its junction with the C38 (to Lockeridge) to a point 150 metres east of that junction; A3102, Hilmarton - from a point approximately 300 metres south west of its junction with C15 (Sandy Furlong Plantation) to a point approximately 300 metres north east of that junction; C15 (to Sandy Furlong Plantation), Hilmarton - from its junction with A3102 for approximately 800 metres in a south easterly direction, (b) introduce temporary No waiting at any time on C38, Lockeridge, West Overton - both sides - from its junction with Ryles Lane for approximately 700 metres in a northerly direction. These temporary traffic measures are required to safeguard members of the public and participants whilst enabling the Outlaw Half to take place. This Order will come into operation on 12 September 2021 and it is anticipated that the restrictions will be required between the hours of 06.30 and 14.00. Notice is hereby given that on 1 September 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and Order 1 under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be as follows:
Order 1 - To amend the following restrictions in the Malmesbury and Malmesbury Without Consolidation Order 2017 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos AT41, AT42 and AU41 dated 13/09/2021 the effect of which will be to introduce No waiting at any time on the following lengths of road: Carnival Close - south and east sides - from a point 5.6 metres to the north of the southern end of the turning head (adjacent to No. 9 Carnival Close) for a length of 13 metres in a north and then easterly direction; Carnival Close (turning head) - west side - from its southern end for a length of 20 metres in a northerly direction; Carnival Close - north side - from the western boundary of No. 25 Carnival Close for a length of 14 metres in a westerly direction; Devereux Mews - south west side - from its junction with Wheeler Way for a length of 40 metres in an easterly direction; Gilmore Road - north and east side - from a point 5 metres east of the eastern boundary of No. 23 Gilmore Road including the turning head area to a point opposite the north eastern boundary of No. 8 Gilmore Road. Order 2 - To introduce a prohibition of all motor vehicles on Webbs Way/Snell Avenue from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Michael Pym's Road to a point 30 metres south east of its junction with Wheeler Way.

Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Notice is hereby given that on 1 September 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Chippenham and Chippenham Without Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No. CQ36 dated 3 February 2020 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No. CQ36 dated 13 September 2021 the effect of which is to introduce No Waiting at any time on Middlefield Leaze - both sides - from its junction with Middlefield Road to a point adjacent the western boundary of property No. 3 Middle Leaze; Middlefield Road - west side - from a point 9 metres north of its junction with Middle Leaze to a point 9 metres south of that junction; Middlefield Road - east side - from its junction with Middle Leaze to a point 8 metres south of that junction.
