Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(A44 Broadway Road, Evesham (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 2021
On 26 August 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order which will prohibit any vehicle travelling north from turning right out of A44 Broadway Road, Evesham at a point 120m south of its junction with A46 Evesham bypass.
The Order will come into operation on 16 September 2021.

(U44410 Henry Street, Evesham)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of Henry Street from its junction with U44413 Avon Street to its junction with U44411 Albert Road.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U44411 Albert Road, U44413 Avon Street. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 10 September 2021.

C2022 (Broad Lane, Bishampton)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of C2022 Broad Lane from its junction with C2012 Main Street to its junction with C2022 Hill Furze Road.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2012 Main Street, C2012 Throckmorton to Bishampton, C2012 Throckmorton Road, A44 Evesham RoadC2022 Fladbury Hill, C2022 Hill Furze Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: IS Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 13 September 2021.

(Footpath NL-518 (part), Norton and Lenchwick)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close Footpath NL-518 (part), Norton and Lenchwick between Ordnance Survey Grid References: OSGR SP 0166 4687 and OSGR SP 0150 4698.
The Order is being made to allow installation of a sewage treatment system.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary worb to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Will be provided on site by the applicant. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 9 September 2021.

(Link Footpath F40903, Abbey Gardens, Abbey Road to Abbey Park, Evesham)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of Link Footpath F40903, Abbey Gardens from its junction with A4184 Abbey Road for a distance of 200 metres in a south easterly direction.
Reason: New/Replacement Water Main by BA HULL LTD in conjunction with Severn Trent.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Not applicable.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 4 October 2021.

(C2109 Sidings Road, Pirton)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of C2109 Sidings Road from its junction with C2202 Hill Road to its junction with C2209 Station Road.
Reason: Bridgeworks - Maintenance by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2109 Pirton to Croome Dabitot, C2056 Croome Dabitot, C2056 Croome Dabitot to Lincolns Farm, C2056 Rebecca Road, C2100 Besford Road, C2109 Mill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 13 September 2021.

(C2268 Broadway Road, Aston Somerville)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of C2268 Broadway Road from its junction with C2268 School Road for a distance of 1170 metres in a south easterly direction.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Severn Trent water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the worb to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Broadway Road (Gloucestershire County), B4632 (Gloucestershire County), Meadow Lane (Gloucestershire County), School Road (Gloucestershire County) C2268 School Road and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 13 September 2021.
